Making programs

If you're invited to be a guest on an ACTV program, we'd appreciate you take the time to read the Notes for talent. Guests and hosts in front of the camera are called "talent"! We'll ask you to sign a Performance rights clearance form. This documents your agreement to be taped and edited for the program and sets out the terms under which we do the taping and what we are permitted to do with the material. It also protects your rights as talent.

If we seek the use of your film or extract, television program or extract or other screen media or extract, we'll ask you to sign a Screen rights clearance form. This documents your agreement to have the film, television program or other screen media or an extract from them used for an ACTV program and what we are permitted to do with the material. It also protects your rights as the originator of the material.

If we seek the use of your musical composition/performance, we'll ask you to sign a Music rights clearance form. This documents your agreement to have the composition/performance used for an ACTV program and what we are permitted to do with the material. It also protects your rights as the originator of the material.

More generally, we are always open to new members and new programs, with a distinct preference for people who can conceive, produce and post produce items and programs.
