The idea

The F Factor and 365 was our way of previewing the shows of the 2004 Melbourne International Festival of the Arts. We later revived it as a segment on Yartz.

The "F" was for Festivals and it was "365" because, being produced in arguably the Festivals Capital of the World, Melbourne, we are still searching for the day of the year when there wasn't a festival. We changed the name from 365 to The F Factor because one of us kept on getting the number wrong!

We will continue to celebrate festivals in all their forms--in 2005 we had Yartz Fringe Bingo for the Melbourne Fringe Festival and festivals are an important part of both Buzz and Yartz
